Welcome to Go Athar. By accessing our platform, website, or associated web application services at app.goathar.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance & Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing processing credits, or using Go Athar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Billing & Credit Policy

Go Athar operates on a transparent, non-subscription Pay-As-You-Go credit system:

• Credit Conversion: 1 Credit is consumed per 1 minute of processed audio stream or file upload.
• Non-Expiring: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Nature of Credits: Credits are platform processing units without cash surrender value.
• Refund Policy: Credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

3. Content Ownership & Speaker Consent

You retain full intellectual property rights to all audio files, recordings, notes, and transcripts processed through your account. You represent and warrant that you hold all required legal rights and speaker consents under applicable local laws prior to recording or uploading audio materials.

4. Acceptable Platform Use

Users agree not to use Go Athar to:

• Transcribe unlawfully obtained or copyrighted recordings without authorization.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive scripts against the platform infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized extraction of underlying proprietary algorithms.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

While we strive for 99.9% platform uptime, Go Athar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify or adjust platform features, with reasonable advance notice provided for significant operational changes.
