All user recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption and stored using AES-256 encryption at rest.
You have full autonomy over your records. You can delete any transcript, recording, or audio file at any time from your account dashboard. Once deleted, the corresponding files are immediately and permanently purged from our active storage servers.
